The Mizuno bat will be shipping this week to keep from having future complaints of this nature, we are no longer shaving Mizuno bats (They require end cap replacement and my cap source has become unreliable) Not worth the trouble.Thanks!
rE: Complaint ID [redacted]After unreturned phones call, emails and text messages the business finally refunded my purchase 6 weeks after my initial order and only after filing complaints with the Revdex.com, the Attorney General, and local law enforcement.

Money has been refunded
