Review: I came with head light issue on Lexus. Woman in office said no problem, I will have mechanic look at it. After all she came back with $125 for already changed bulb and fuse. I did not ask to do any work. Don't you expect mechanic to tell you what is the problem and what will it cost? Then it's your decision to go ahead and agree or not! Well, she put me in after the fact position and bill. However I did not need change of bulb but only fuse and power done. When I refused to pay for work done without my consent, this women started shouting on me and said that I must pay $150 diagnostic fee. This was rediculous! She raised voice on me and was awfully pushy. I told her that she did not tell me upfront about diagnostic fee. So she pointed on a tiny note on the far back wall about $150 diagnostic fee. All this situation turned really nasty by her cursing on me and screaming on me. After all I was forced to agree on repairs and had to pay $100 or they did not give me my car key. Not to mention that [redacted] was present all the time during the incident and did not get involved. They don't know how to treat a customer. And definitely don't know that customer is always right. They did not make any effort to resolve quietly but instead continued to curse and scream on me. I left with the nerves break. This was my first and last visit to this place. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.Desired Settlement: I was overcharged for fuse change without my consent. Please read my complaint description. I was forced to pay $100 plus tax for the change of fuse or else they forced me to pay $150 for diagnostic. The diagnostic fee was not disclosed to me. Poscriptum, body shop pointed on a tini tiny note on the far back wall in a corner that is not visible at all. So, I demand a refund of at least $65 overpayment.
