Greetings ***,
I spoke with you yesterday regarding case #
***, below you will find the information you request
I read *** *** complaints against me and Enterprise, LLCMy company and I has made a number of attempts to quell dissatisfaction expressed by *** ***In addition to agreeing to do additional work for her company, we also extended to her the opportunity to alter the terms of our agreement, even after we had already established the terms of the deal and signed the contract
It is very unfortunate that we have yet to be able to come to a suitable arrangement; however, we are confident that the attempts that w made to please *** *** were themselves in good faith; we are equally as confident in stating that we went above and beyond what we were required to do, as per the terms of our contract
I am not sure why *** *** wrote you guys simply because this case is schedule to go in front of a judge on June *, 2014, attached you will find the files along with a email from *** *** as well pulling out of the contract and understanding by doing so her refund will most likely not be reimburseAlso at the very end of the email she also stated that she liked the last logo we designed but just wanted us to change the writing, which was minor
In my conclusion the statement that *** *** wrote is and there is no truth is what she is sayingWhat *** *** continues to leave out in all her statements that she entered and signed a agreement
PS: If you need anything else please let me know

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Unfortunately, this has turned into a he said, she said conversation when it could easily have been settled if the company had the  slightest concept regarding excellent customer service.
I tried their printing services in the past and they did the printing. In our efforts to support small business, we decided to give them a larger project.
When they sent us some word art, the board of five people all agreed that the work was inadequate for out purposes and did not speak to the proposal. Even so, we tried to keep them on and told them to move on to another part of the proposal. They refused, stating they had to complete a logo (that was not a logo) first.
We felt that as we were paying for services, we have every right to make decisions. Our board member wrote and tried to settle
the matter. We received a letter saying they would do work "at our discretion." Not by agreement with the party who is paying,
but at the discretion of the party who got paid and did not render adequate work. [redacted], one of our owners, sent a few letter trying to settle, after which time phone calls were not returned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Yes, I agree. There is no reason to be going back and forth. What is the point?  The company never took customr service 101. It really is a shame. I am saddened. There is no regard for the customer and this process is just hammering the nail in the coffin. I have been in business for thirty years and during that time I have always made an effort to support small business. I am so very disappointed at this behavior. I do hope that they will get a better understanding of good customer service at some point, as opposed to arguing over every penny and not willing to compromise. It is the customer that makes your business and the customer is not just one person. Eighty (80%) of my business is by referrals.
I do not believe our complaint will be resolved in this forum. Their interpretation of  facts is distorted. Fact is the company has our $1,000  and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. It is called UNJUST ENRICHMENT. We had an agreement and the work was not to our satisfaction so I told them to try something else and they stated in writing, that they would do it at their own discretion. When you are being paid on a job by the month and you do work, not at your discretion, but as directed by the person paying you.  We offered a generous settlement to avoid all this which was refused. So I am through with this back and forth.
Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors. Peace.

I have read [redacted] concerns and the one thing that she fails to realize is that she entered into a contract and pulled out. The reason stated was that her colleagues looked over the contract/proposal and realize that some of the things that were in the contact she does not need, AFTER SHE SINGED AND AGREED TO THE CONTRACT. She was well aware of what she was getting into. Now saying she was not happy with the art work, but in the attached file have attached clearly tell that she ok with the last logo but she just wanted us to change the handwriting.

Once again my company and I has made a number of attempts to quell dissatisfaction expressed by [redacted]. This case is going to court on June *, 2014, there is know reason we should be going back and forth.

Review: We were given a proposal for services. We paid $1,000 to get them started on the proposed work. As soon as they submitted one item of the work, we understood that they did not have and understanding of the service needed or possibly even the aptitude to proceed based on what was submitted. They wrote one word three different ways, something a five year old could do with word art.So we told them this is far from what we want.In trying to work with them we told them to move on to something else in the proposal. We are told no, they had to do the first item first. At that point we proposed not to work with them any longer. We were paying, which means we were in charge, not them. We tried to negotiate a refund, first entirety and then down to half, after all they had our $1,000 and we had nothing. They then said they were charging us for speaking on the phone and for picking up our check and we could not get anything back. We consider this poor work, poor customer service, and unjust enrichment. They got paid. All we got was shafted.Desired Settlement: We have discussed a refund, all or part and they have refused all negotiation and are no longer in communication with us.

In my conclusion the statement that [redacted] wrote is false and there is no truth is what she is saying. What [redacted] continues to leave out in all her statements that she entered and signed a agreement.
