Review: On May *, 2014 I purchased a bedroom set (bed with headboard, two night stands, wardrobe, and set of drawers) from 1212 Furniture (Furniture & Lighting). Their address is: [redacted] (phone ###-###-####). The set was ordered in the store through a catalog, as it was unavailable in the store itself. Upon delivery, my husband signed to acknowledge that the furniture was received. He was unaware of what specific furniture I had ordered and signed only to confirm that furniture (in general) was delivered. Upon inspection, I immediately noticed that the set of drawers was from a completely different set and was a different color and style than the rest of the set. Furthermore, I noticed that the headboard was a completely different color (but same style) from the wardrobe and night stands. It was clear that a major mistake was made, and I immediately contacted the seller. He requested pictures of the furniture, which I sent to him right away. He promised me that he would resolve the issue as soon as possible and would be dealing with the warehouse. It has now been over a month and I have contacted him at least ten times, only to hear empty promises. At this point he is stating " What's the big deal? No one else ever complained. There is nothing I can do.". I am out of options, and I feel I have been swindled. My bedroom furniture is completely mismatched, and the seller refuses to do anything about it. Please, help me navigate this situation.Desired Settlement: My first option is to replace unmatched pieces and if they cannot - return money is the second option.
