Subject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.comIn regard to my complaint:# [redacted] .I have NOT received the refund from this business provider.I have NEVER met in person the owner? I spoke with her on the phone before we enrolled our daughter.The Facebook profile for Kym W [redacted] , which says owner of All About Me, says she lives in Los Angeles.The phone number we contacted is the same one shown on the LARGE sign in the front yard, which is the same phone number shown on the sign at the corner of Beal and Edwina? I would say that's an advertised business phone number.I reiterate my complaint is not with the care providers? My complaint is the terse, unprofessional manner that I was treated? I was never, in no way 'not wanting to pay' and in no way 'just wanting my way.' ? I was upfront, honest, and in full disclosure? I attempted several phone calls, and resorted to texts? I acted exactly as the owner Kym W [redacted] requested? I made the payment that was demanded.? I need the tax information mailed to me, as well as the 'refund which was promised? It has been days since the care contract was ended.Thanks [redacted]

From: Kym W [redacted] Sent: Sunday, August 13, 11:PMSubject: [redacted] 8-5-all about me Hello, I am the owner of all about me daycare my name is Kym W [redacted] , I do the interviews and deal with payment issues and help take care of the children which I have taken care of Mrs [redacted] childI received a letter in regards to a parent named [redacted] that filed a complaint after being terminated from care, I will gladly explain what happen as to their side of the story isn't valid at all.This is to address desired settlement and explanations of chargesaddress number 1- There is phone numbers a parent can contact the daycare is the daycare line that has a daycare answering machine and the other is my personal daycare cell numberAs you will see Its posted and parents are given a handbook with my number in it plus the business line that HAS a recorded Answering machine that gives our daycare name on itComplaint #2As you see it's posted on wall and we also have 24/video cameras that record everything Complaint #2Parent handbook that also gives out termination rights and phone number again which as you will see has [redacted] and it is stated on there DAYCARE LINE Here is a voice mail I received after requesting payment which proves I did not terminate first (for complaint #3) I had another conversation with [redacted] trying to change payment arrangements with me changing it from a Tuesday to a Friday I did agree on payment to be made on Fridays BUT it is to be PAID on Fridays there were times they did not pay on time(Look below payment is due July 4th-July 19th) all payments were to be paid in advance so even though we were closed the 4th it should of been paid on the 5th not the 7th Again I did agree to change payments to being paid Friday but NO LATER! She did start paying at first on Tuesdays and then changed to Fridays which was approved as long as they paid on Fridays Here is another payment on Tuesday that was suppose to be paid as paid what the contract states ON TUESDAYS Here is a refunded amount sent back to them Complaint # 3Here is the contract I may terminate at any time, in this case I didn't terminate until I was given notice on my voicemail that they were ending care, as of getting that notice I had a replacement that could take the spot on the 15th to what they were paid toProvider or parent are required to give a week notice when ending care it's on everyone of my contractsThey have always paid for weeks in advance and they are required to do a week notice have never paid monthly so it's not required to do a monthly notice only weeks which is what they received was a week notice.Also to complaint #never met the owner well that's I do the interviews I signed contracts with them also I take care of their child during the dayI am at the daycare about hours a week we are open hours a day so I'm not there the whole time but have seen and taken care of her child, I have taken care of her daughter with my other helpersI have dealt with [redacted] and I also have dealt with her in regards to wanting to change payment date complaint #saying that I haven't spoken to you in regards to this matter I have that's why we changed it the first time from payments due on Tuesday to due on FridayAgain payment due on Tuesday Here is for complaint number #after I received a voice mail stating they were quitting and I then gave them my weeks notice as the contract states then they start sending me these textsI also received texts about being in LA? They have always paid for 2 weeks in advance and they are required to do a 2 week notice have never paid monthly so it's not required to do a monthly notice only 2 weeks which is what they received was a 2 week notice.Also to complaint #4 never met the owner well that's false I do the interviews I signed contracts with them also I take care of their child during the day. I am at the daycare about 40 hours a week we are open 16 hours a day so I'm not there the whole time but have seen and taken care of her child, I have taken care of her daughter with my other helpers.
