Review: Deceptive and incomplete signage as it pertains to companies tow rates. Was charged $272 for a tow. I asked the tow truck driver "Ethan" to tell me which lot I could retrive the vehicle from that night. He ignored and kept insisting to meet me at a nearby [redacted] which conviently has an ATM as he pointed out to me numerous times that he only accepted cash. He tried to poorly explain the rates and I called his supervisor and he did just as poorly with the explanation. $125 plus applicable tax was what I was supposed to be charged not $272 but what is a consumer to do? They have your car and won't give it back all in the name of hey I'm just doing my job. There are also some crop sours on the carbon copy as to where the vehicle was towed to? The fact is that the vehicle was never towed to a lot nor was it ever disconnected and then reconnected as Ethan claimed to justify the additional charges. The car was towed and returned in less than an hour and the times reported on the invoice are not accurate either.Desired Settlement: Refund the difference of $125 plus tax

Review: I parked my car at [redacted] without knowing that I was supposed to have a permit to park my car there. I was literally 15 feet away from my car and this tow truck came to my car and lifted it up while I ask him to stop it since I'll move now. He picked it up and asked me to pay $272 at the spot for him to leave the car, without knowing what all those charges were for, I agreed to pay. The driver took me to the nearest ATM and I paid him. After I got the receipt and it says the company charged me $125 as labor and special tow charges. I called the office and they hung up on me when I asked them to explain the charges. They made up a story telling me that the driver brought the car to the garage and had to bring it back to me after I called them which never happened. They didn't answered my call ever since. I called [redacted] precinct, they denied me of filing a report and told me to contact Revdex.com. I drove to their office and found nobody there as well.Desired Settlement: They charged me $125(plus tax for this $125) for no reason. I would like to get this amount back from the company. And I was right by the car to move it before they towed it, I asked him so I could move the car, rejecting me the guy lifted the car up and asked me to pay the full amount of $272 for him to drop my car back on ground.
