123 Body & Repair Shop

Regarding the above claim#, I found receipt issued from *** *** as attached.and I discussed with sales person Mr*** how we can solve this probllem.because he gave me a wrong part.----ED# *** ( matche with PAor PL) he know that *** accord engine family # ***2.3PL
must be ED# ***.So, next monday(Oct2017) -he said he will discuss with manager.also, if I pay more extra $for the part, he will change the matched new part.right now, I have no idea, after I have answer from auto zone, I will discuss with claimmer choi with this matter.if you have any questions, please let me knowthank you very much

Complaint ID# [redacted] Regarding this claim#, I have never heard or asked to pay $200.00from him for the compensation to fix of his car for smog test.and also, I only refused his proposal to pay whole amount.as you can see the attached invoice from auto zone, if he want toreplace a cat cnvrt matched with engine family #PL4, they ask me pay more$150.00 (sale price $463.99). that is the reason I asked him to pay more dollar just for part without labor charge.Anyway, he already fixed, and if he bring the old one ( must be matched same part number)I'll accept his proposal and return $200.00 to him for closing this claimmany thanks

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the business refusing my offer to pay half of the $400 dollars he quoted me he refused to pay the $200 dollars. This refusal was the reason why I claimed with the Revdex.com on October 2nd. Since my vehicle needed a smog ASAP with the registration expired it forced me to go fix the problem that was caused by 123 Auto body at a another shop which costed me around 300 dollars. Now after close to 30 days the business 123 Auto Body wants to fix its problems and blame their fault on [redacted] and wants the customer who paid his full invoice and trusted 123 Auto to professionally complete the repair with the correct part to pay $150 dollars for the part so they do not have to pay anything. Since my vehicle has been fixed I would like to get a refund of the work 123 Auto has done to the car or at least $200 dollars for the part I the customer who was tricked had to pay in order to pass smog. ]Thanks- [redacted]
