Car Buying has not had any communication
directly with this customer about any issues with the vehicle, however a
gentleman named ***, did bring the vehicle with a battery issueWhich was
not covered under our 50/engine transmission warrantyAs a business that
strives for good
customer service we elected to cover that battery at 50% our
costWe are sorry that the customer is still having issues with the used
vehicleHowever, we have offered you exactly what our Buyers Guide Warranty
covers" Posted on the vehicle and signed by you the customer at the time
of purchase"The car is covered for months/ 3,miles’ power train at
50/which means that we will cover percent of the parts and labor on
engine or transmission failureAs *** had stated to our service manager
that the he had a low coolant indicator and an indication of overheating and he
had elected to continue driving the vehicleWhich had caused the overheating
and engine failureAt the time of his last visit we had offered to still cover
the engine at the 50/warranty even though he had caused the engine failure
by ignoring the low coolant indicatorAt that time, *** was communicating
with someone else and he stated that "she" wanted her cousin to work
on the vehicleWe explained that the warranty had to be performed here for us
to cover the 50%He stated that "she" wanted him to take the car somewhere
elseSince then we have sent a legal letter to our customer still willing to
perform the repair at our facility for 50/as it states on the Buyer's Guide attached to
this document and signed by the customer

Everything was handle and he left happy
