Please inform [redacted] that we have noted he unsubscribed
from our offers on 9/30/2015. Also, since
receiving this complaint, we added him to our mailing blacklist. This should prevent his receipt of any of our
offers in the future. Based on the
information in the complaint, we were not able to determine how he received one
of our offers. Could you please request
that the consumer forward the email/newsletter he received? Also note that our offers have separate unsubscribe
lists than the sender of the newsletters.
If the consumer no longer wishes to receive the newsletters, he should
unsubscribe from those newsletters to ensure they will no longer be delivered
to him.
If he has any further issues he can feel free to contact us

Per the request from 123. within their reply to you I did in fact send them a copy of the email that I have been receiving for their offer of an [redacted] Gift Card.  I included a full copy with comments indicating that I was able to unsubscribe from their section but that request was not being honored by either 123 or the distribution provider, [redacted], with a Dubai address.   Further I indicated that the unsubscribe portion of the email that applied to [redacted] was not functional within the email
2. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me - provided  that their suppression of my email address is implemented and has the desired effect.Thank you for your help and support on this matter.
