123 Exteriors Inc.

Hail damaged our house, requiring complete siding replacement. Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances involving weather and workers, the siding put up by 123 Exteriors needed to be entirely replaced. Joe [redacted], our local manager, took my case under his personal supervision. He listened to me and my nephew, who is in the business, with upmost respect and care, ordering new materials and residing the entire house. He paid careful attention to the details of fitting the siding to the stone chiminey and detailing the window trim, among other things. In the end, my property value increased significantly, I believe, as a result of the work done by 123 Exteriors.

Last year I posted on FB I had a couple leak stains on my ceiling. I reached out for FB friends who may know about roofing repairs. Got immediate response from 'old friend' Jackie Hansen from 123 Exteriors, Waukesha, WI. She came out and analyzed my roof, all she could say was "interesting". By "interesting", I believe she saw the potential in her profit possibilities. She knew I was clueless and took full advantage of it. Bottom line, my roofing job cost about $14,000 for a trailer park home!! With interest after 83 payments, it will be $24,000! When Jackie and I sat down at dining room table as I called 'Green Sky', their new loan company, Jackie estimated on her calculator with all the appropriate info, that I would pay no more than a little more than $100/month. I received my payment booklet a couple weeks ago and was disgusted in the fact I owe $296/month until the year 2021! I understand it is the customer's ultimate responsibility to figure out the payments him or herself, but when the representative of the contractor(Jackie) is listening on the speaker phone and promising me after the calculations that it is just barely $100/ month, I feel as if she is a criminal, representing a criminal company. $300 per month is ridiculous. It is akin to a BMW car payment without the BMW. I will be completely sure to spread the word about this thievery that will most likely put me in bankruptcy, based on a 'friend' you decided to hire.
