directly by 123 Greetings regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They sent me the wrong size of rings which were not to be available and they are the same type that failed within weeks, please see sketch, the base is made wrong which is why I have offered to buy new chairs of a different type and they should give me the credit, Please see attached, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted...

directly by 123 Greetings regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company finally responded and is supposedly working on solving the problem.  I sent pictures of the wrong item that was shipped to me.  They confirmed that they received them, and said they would contact the manufacturer to help solve the problem.  4 days ago I received another email from them saying they are still working with the manufacturer on a resolution.  That was my last contact with them.  So the problem has not been solved, but is being worked on.

Review: On October *, 2013 I ordered a bottle of cologne from 123 online they accepted my order and gave me a order number ([redacted]) and said allow 2 to 9 days for shipment. On October **, 2013 I called 123 (###-###-####) to check on the status of my order and was told that my order was cancelled because the cologne was out of stock at that time, but it was in stock now, so I said that was fine just send the cologne now , then they said they couldn't reorder it for me and that they were going to put the money back on my credit card. I explained that I placed the order with a Visa Gift Credit Card and after the order was approved I discarded the card, so could they mail me the money if they couldnt reorder the cologne from all of my information already on file?....they said no.................I just want the cologne and if not my money mailed back to meDesired Settlement: The cologne or my money mailed back to me

Review: I ordered a chair - item #0637454 from this company. When it was delivered, it turned out to be other than what was expected. I want to return the item. The phone number provided on the confirmation e-mail is ###-###-####. Multiple calls have resulted in voicemail option only - no live operator. I have left multiple voicemails with no return call. I also attempted to call the corporate headquarters number as listed by the Revdex.com, ###-###-####, however that number also only gives a voicemail, but worse, it is a generic, robotic voicemail that does not identify the company. I have also sent an e-mail request which has gone unanswered. At this time I have requested that the charge on my credit card be reversed by my bank.Desired Settlement: I want to return the item and receive full credit to my card.

Review: After repeated contact with this company both via email and telephone calls resulting in having to leave a voicemail no one had returned any calls as of 3-**-15 finally got through to talk with someone last week about returning the product only to be told we will get in contact soon , well that didn't happen so I called again on Tuesday 3-**-15 to be once again told someone will contact me within 24 hrs once again never happened so I called again 4-*-15 for them to offer me a full return minus shipping for a mistake they made by sending and billing me for to much of the product now the return is not going to make or break me but the constant lying and run around for a month just to charge me for their mistake is not right and when I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com they said " take your chances with them or the refund minus shipping " they act like its a big joke to treat customers with disrespect and do things on their own termsDesired Settlement: Refund without customer paying for shipping

Review: I am an honuorablly discharged serviceman in 1955.

Earlier this year I purchased 4 bar stool type chairs that could be raised and lowered. The purpose was that we live in a small home that has one room serving as a living room, kitchen and an eating area. The stools were to use 2 of them to eat on the kitchen counter and the other 2 were to be used on an old stainless table that we use as a small island for the kitchen.

These chairs were ordered on the internet/[redacted]. They were delivered in good shape and I assembled them, all was good. Within a month, the rubber ring on the bottom of the round platform base was cut and broke into pieces. This happened on several of the chairs when I contacted the company I bought them from, [redacted]. The contact person was B G[redacted] at [redacted]. I think that phone number is ###-###-####. They said they would send new rings and it would take about 6 weeks. Nothing happened and on the second contact with that company they said they could not get the rubber rings as they are no longer made. I asked for new bases only not new chairs. They said they had tried this in the past and that did not work. I offered to buy new chairs and I would buy a better chair and they would have to pay for the return shipping. That was a no deal! They said I had to contact their supplier as they could not do any more than they had, which was nothing but delay me from getting results.

The primary supplier, (123 greeting.com) said they could do nothing as they supply companies under the rules of [redacted], which is no returns or replacement after 30 days, which were now exceeded. After many phone calls, they said they would give me some consideration, and required pictures of all chairs and the floor. I complied the best I could with my cell phone. I then had a personal problem and was not able to follow through and since then have received no Emails which is how I sent the pictures.

The chairs were shipped about Feb [redacted], 2015 from [redacted]. My telephone conversations were with bg[redacted]. The chairs were “Radcliff Adjustable Barstool, and were use in our kitchen. I was told to call 123greeting .com. The number they gave me was [redacted]..

1st Email was 7/*/15, no response. @2nd Email was 7/*/15, no response. I telephoned on 7/*/15, promised a call back, no call back! I called on 7/*/15 20 rings, no answer. 2nd call, a foreign voice, said he worked for them, and did not have a better phone number. 7/**/15 Called and talked with Ryan, who said he was recording call and I said good, did nothing. 7/**/15 called again, 1st person ws Bridget, and had to get Diana. I became unavailable, and to this day, no answer/offer from them.

My offer still stands, I will buy new chairs and pay difference of cost and they have to pay for all shipping. I really do need your help, please !

Review: I purchased a futon mattress from 123greetings on [redacted]. The mattress was late in arriving and when it did finally arrive was defective and not the product I ordered. The mattress is only finished on one side and is not the fabric of which was pictured and of what is described. They told me that they posted the wrong picture on [redacted] and offered a $50 refund. I know this to be untruthful because I throughly researched the item through several different vendors and was purchasing the item to replace the exact same item I had.

They refused to rectify the matter and insisted I send the defective product, which I did not match the item I ordered, back to them at my expense. Because I am stationed in Germany, I had to pay import taxes on the defective mattress mattress that did not match the description of the item I ordered. Now, I sit with a item I did not order which is only finished on one side. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for 123greetings to replace the mattress with the item I ordered prior to me sending the defective mattress back at their cost. I should not have to pay any additionalk shipping or import taxes for their mistake.

Review: This business sold me a replacement mat for a mini trampoline online through [redacted]. It was too large. They will not give me a refund, instead making one absurd request after another: They don't take back an order after one week or any package that has been opened. They want pictures of the product and mailing label. They want the pictures sent to another email address. They will assign a "dedicated associate" to work with to "find the best solution possible." Today, after I contacted [redacted] about their intransigence,I received an email asking again for pictures of the mat and box it came in. I am getting nowhere and I am mad.Desired Settlement: I will return the mini trampoline mat. I want a full refund within 2 weeks.

Review: I've been spammed repeatedly by this business because they pre-checked a box making me liable to "Editor Bob's Offers', which were nothing but spam messages (up to 50-60 a day). I asked them repeatedly to stop (or deny responsibility, if they were innocent) and got no response. I don't want this happening to my email -- can you help?Desired Settlement: Same as above

Review: I ordered a generator from this company online. I received an email confirming that it had been delivered. I also did receive a package from them in a timely manner. The problem is that they sent me a power washer instead of a generator. Not only did the email I was sent state that a generator was being delivered, but the packing slip on the package said it was a generator. I have tried for over a week to get a hold of this company to try to resolve the issue, but have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I have sent my concern on their online form. I have sent emails, and I have called numerous times and left voice mails with my information multiple times. I called 10 times in one day. I need that generator for my business. I understand a mistake can be made sending the wrong item, but to not answer or return calls and emails if frustrating.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send the generator I ordered and get the power washer picked up to send back to them.

Review: I purchased the humidifier called "Heaven Fresh HF708 Ultra Sonic Humidifier" through 123 Greetings' website and received it on October [redacted], 2013. After using it for few hours in first two days, the humidifier suddenly stopped producing the mist and never worked again. I emailed 123 Greetings to exchange the product but here is what the rep [redacted] wrote me back:

Dear [redacted],

This is with reference to your Order Number [redacted]. Thank you for contacting Stores123. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your return request as the humidifier was used for 2 days and than it broke. The product was delivered to you in perfect condition; however, it was not handled properly and hence, we are unable to process your return request.

We appreciate your understanding.

I didn't do any inappropriate activity when I used it. I just poured the water and turned it on and off. You don't need the complicated manipulation for humidifier but he wrote me as if I was doing wrong thing. Obviously, this is just misfortune for me that I got the defective product and these things sometimes happen when you buy the electrical products.

I emailed him back again for further assistance but he's never replied me.

On the instruction manual, it says "3 year Warranty". I know this Warranty is guaranteed by the product's company but I thought that the retailer 123 Greetings has to handle a process of exchange when they unfortunately send their customer a defective product. [redacted] just can't run away with one unfaithful and irresponsible email.

If 123 Greetings insists that they have no responsibilities for the defective product, they should tell me what they think their customer should do when the customer got defective product through them.

They shouldn't say that it's broken by my mishandle.

Please help me out to solve this problem with them.

Review: I purchased moka stovetop coffee pot. Upon receiving the product, I immediately tted it. It was broken and unusable because of the following issues:

1) The inside removal cup that the coffee grounds sit in is dented. It is dented along the circumference of the cup, and the small spout that points downward is bent. These dents allow the weird coffee water to spill back into the bottom metal "bowl" and it never steams up to the top container as a result. I also believe these issues affect what I describe below.

2) The top and bottom do not form a solid connection, even when screwed together tightly. As my pot was heating up, steam was coming out of the connection. This leakiness caused the pot to be very slow to producing coffee in the upper portion. It is also dangerous as hot steam was coming out of the pot the entire time (at least once the bottom water was heated enough).

3) The lid component is bent, so that when the liquid finally spurts out of the top, it ends up spurting out of the pot. A usual moka pot has a good fitting lid so that this is not an issue. My stove got coffee all over it, and when I tried to lower the flat, hot coffee spurted on my.

4) The plastic handle is soft and bends so much that when I try to pour the coffee out, the pot just spills over. I need to use heat-resistant gloves to pour my coffee, which is clearly not the way this pot is intended to be used.

I spent over a month contacting the company through awful automated responses that said very little, but always gave me a 24 hour time limit to respond or else the case was considered "settled." Eventually it was made clear that I would get a refund for the pot, but I have yet to see anything. I check daily to see if the refund would go through; this is now months after I was assured it would.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this faulty broken product. I keep getting automated responses from the company that assure me that "when (I) make a purchase from [redacted], (I) can rest assured you will receive products and services of the highest quality," but very little details. It seems like they have hinted about a refund but I have yet to see anything. I'd be willing the send back the unused product, I just want my money back.

Review: I purchased a bed from 123 Greetings Store. When I received the bed it had manufacturing defects. I sent them pictures of the problems and according to the return policy I can return the item for a full refund . I have contacted them 5 times asking for instructions on how to do the return shipping and they respond with an offer of an increasing discount but no help on how to return the bed. They are starting to use intimidating language in the emails to make it sound like I don't have the right to return it but I read the policy very carefully and I can return it. I do not want a discount, I want to return the bed for a full refund.
