123 HVAC Heating & Cooling, Inc. Reviews (7)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have spent over $40K with 123HVAC in replacing my entire house HVAC system. They were very pleasant during the sales time period. As soon as they got their entire payment, the have completely ignored my calls and made many commitments to resolve these matters. When I finally spoke to the owner last week, I has met with hostility and abusive language - when I called him on it, he responded "I am uneducated", one does not require education to be civil, polite or professional/ stick with commitments. The original technician from 123HVAC "Rocco" worked out really well for us since he knew what he was doing. However, to complete outstanding issues, the owner send another incapable technician who improperly installed expensive equipment which then needed to be remedied by the owner Anthony. The state "only allowing us limited access to complete scope of work" is baseless and false. After three months of calling their office weekly, I finally got a hold of Anthony on his cell last week and we agreed to a date which will have to be changed to adjust to my schedule. This matter shall remain open, until the following issues are resolved in entirety:ASUMMER ITEMS - Needs to be completed ASAPWhole house dehumidifier not runningFan continue to run, even though desired temperature has been reachedBasement Thermostat and EIM not working/Replace Honeywell Equipment Interface Modulehence no air and heat in basementWe feel air blowing across zone 2,vent when only zone is calling (vice versa)We set the cooling temperature to and it keeps cooling even after the thermostat states current temperature is which it is set to Complete Thermostat setup and Thoroughly test heat system in winterBWINTER ITEMS - Needs to be completed ASAP Stage heat is not coming on even though the thermostats are calling for itHeatpump does not come on even though it is set to 40+ degreesReplace Humidifier gasket/ valve Humidifier is pumping steam into the plennum all the time, even though the system is not calling for it (i.eDesired humidity level Replace Osmosis Filter and ensure water is being discharged on a constant basis.  This complaint is a completely inaccurate description of what the issue really is.Although there is work that needs to be completed, we have offered [redacted] numerous appointments on numerous dates with different technicians,...

but he has insisted that the owner himself comes to complete job, as well as only allowing us limited access to complete scope of work. We have since spoken with [redacted] and he is currently scheduled for Wed July [redacted]

Should be ZERO STARS, but page will not allow it! Made an appoint almost a week ahead of time. Had to take time from work, then they call me to get home earlier, so I get a substitute for my class and leave earlier and RUSH home. As I am waiting I get a call saying "[redacted]" I didn't let them finish, and told the person to forget it. Their loss, I was going to have $10,000 to $15,000 worth of work done. New high efficiency oil boiler, new indirect water heater, all new plumbing in the mechanical room, and two new zones added because I adding a big room/garage to the house. Sloppy and inconsiderate way to do business. My next review is going to [redacted]!

WATCH OUT, It seems as if this company keeps changing their address. They have [redacted], and when I called, they told me they are now in Thornwood.
