123 Ink Cartridges

I get my printer ink from 123 Ink Cartridges...good quality and always on time. But recently I ordered an audio cable from their affiliate Prime Cables, and the cable was defective. I emailed to complain, expecting no response, but they offered to refund my money. Since it was only a $2 cable, I didn't have to return it, and they refunded my money and my shipping cost. You don't see customer service like that too often.
