This company is absolutely despicable! The level of customer service with its representatives is at the lowest I've ever experienced with a company. It took 4 representatives disconnecting the call in my face and talking over me, not understanding that without my business and people like me, they wouldn't have jobs, in order for me to get to a supervisor to report the crap service and disrespect from the first it who answered the phone. Then the supervisor told me, "well I tried to teach them but there's nothing I can do you know..." No! I don't know. What in the world! Also, they ask for your socialsecurity number on every last call! Horrible company. Don't EVER do business with them! EVER!
