Complete theivesHorrible and nasty customer service especially "***"Ordered a pair of skis that included bindingsThey only sent the skis and could not resolve the issue for over a month because they dont care once they get their moneyBeware and stay away if you dont want a nightmare !

created check or draft my bank filed on 4/2/My bank also waived the $returned check fee charged after the return of 123Mountain ' s checkThank you for the services you provide, I have learned a valuable lesson and will be sure to check with the Revdex.com and other consumer agencies before making purchases online again! I live hours from Frisco in Berthoud Colorado and called to confirm the availability of a productThe person who answered the phone indicated that there were plenty in stockUpon arrival (after driving hours) the attendant tells me that they don't carry the specific product I was afterI politely said you have it advertised online and proceded to show them the adThey said sorry, just sold themI asked why they would have me drive hours for nothing and they replied, "are you a member", these people apparently don't have any respect for others they don't deem worthyThe many reviews show thatWish I had looked them up first before driving all the way out thereTotal liars!!! I guess you have to be of a certain class in order for them to give you the time of dayAbsolutely awful experience

123Mountain.com advertises products that they do not have in inventory and will not ever have available but will confiscate a membership fee under the pretext of having the product at reasonable pricesThere is a wholly unethical and rude corporate culture as you will experience on the chat and customer service callsI say this to caution you so you don't lose money as I did
