Unfortunately, [redacted] mistakenly contacted the wrong company as it relates to flyers First Class Values is the company to contact I reached out to [redacted] with First Class Values and he personally contacted [redacted] as it relates to the flyers Please remove the complaint from our record I would really appreciate that

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that I'm not confident my complaint has been resolved This has happened SEVERAL times and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been guaranteed it would not happen again On all prior occasions we had to compensate our own maintenance employees to clean up the litter from this company's flyers I understand that a subcontractor was the trespasser, but that subcontractor was paid by this company to solicit our residents The amount of time and money our employees have wasted (mine included) trying to get this to stop and cleaning up the litter is absolutely unacceptable

I have not only filed a Revdex.com complaint against this company to stop soliciting our residents at *** *** *** Apartments in Fort Mill, SC, but have also contacted several people at the firm to no availI was contacted by the Indianapolis office and guaranteed this would stop but today we again found their flyers all over our community
I want someone from this company to go to our community and remove every flyer that is on our property

I had written them a letter at that time and asked First Class Values to never again deliver door hangers/advertising pieces to the *** *** *** apartment. I specifically told First Class Values to put *** Apartments on the do not deliver list during that time. I spoke to David H*** and he is looking into this very unfortunate situation. David H*** mentioned to me that he was going to contact the Apartment manager at *** Apartment and do what he can to remedy the situation. Please realize that My New Home never wanted the advertising pieces to be put on the doors at *** Apartments. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Once I was notified of the situation I immediately contacted *** *** the owner of First Class Value's (the advertisement company) that puts out the door hangers and told him to longer put out the door hangers. I'm sorry for putting out the door hangers at your apartment and this situation will not happen again

Im so sorry for not getting back with you sooner on this complaint I just came across it after going thru many days of old emails that i'm trying to get thru Again, Im so sorry about this because it is important for us to take care of any concerns that you have I just got off
the phone with David H*** the owner of First Class Values who is responsible for putting the door hangers on your apartments His company will no longer deliver door hangers to your apartment complex and he is going to personally call the apartment complex manager today and let them know they will no longer put door hanging advertising on your apartment doors I hope you can forgive me for not getting back with you sooner because the Revdex.com email got buried and I some how missed it I want to remedy this problem and I will get this taken care of If you are satisfied with this outcome I would deeply appreciate it if you can remove your complaint from the Revdex.com Im the owner of the company and if there is anything else I can do please give me a call directly on my cell phone at ***Thank you again and have a wonderful weekend.
