I believe I have talked with Mr ***Mr *** used the service for monthsWeekly I would set up his Open Houses.His complaint didn't come up until I emailed him to see if he would like to extend his listing for months.I have attached the listing agreement and North Star MLS forms

I have had her listed since 8/9/2013 I have done exactly what our service says. She was mistaken on the facts. Than 2 months ago she listed a second home with our service. Now it seems she has a complaint. I have talked with her in order to...

explain the situation. She does not understand. Her complaint is not valid. I offered a reduction in order to satisfy her. She wouldn't except it. What she wants is asking me to re list the 1st home on a different site which I can do but expect to be payed. I would certainly like to be helpful.

Please remove the listing you re-listed after we contacted the Revdex.com. When you denied our request to list our house on the Northstar MLS, we listed with another company. I did not re list the home . It was in the MLS. I told her she would have to cancel and sent her a cancellation form to sign and send back. This was the home that I had listed for almost a year. I really don't think she understands.
