Revdex.com spoke to John at business and the following was relayed:We sent multiple emails that included the RMA # to return item with and the address to mail it to, along with requests for her to provide the tracking number for the returned itemThe case was closed on February 3rd, due to no
response from the consumer, email was sent to her to not ship the item back as the return period was over
