I am rejecting this response because: I am more than willing to provide copies of all the original invoices I received since February to the Revdex.com. I have already provided copies of the original invoices to the director of 123 You N Me. Given the dispute is over the base rate, there is no logic in stating an oversight on registration or field trips, etc. Upon pursuing this issue, 123 You N Me began defamation tactics which they have continued here. Since 123 You N Me has cameras in their center, those would show proof positive of who said what. In addition, I was given a pass on the Velcro diapers by the director, which only shows a further attempt at defamation. Furthermore, the director’s husband is the one who broke contract, which is why I am asking for my $61 still being disputed and no longer use their services. I was asked to find the error in what the accountant provided, but it is not my job to fix the accountant’s errors. The original invoices show irrefutable evidence that I was overbilled in the amount I have claimed. Though partial credit has been given, I have not been refunded in full. In Liu of small claims court and asking for bank interest charged bi weekly on the amount I was overcharged as it accrued, attorney fees, and court costs; I am willing to settle for being mailed a check for the disputed amount of $61 as explained below. 26 weeks * $17over/week = $44218 days * $5 over/day = $90$442 + $90 = $532 I wrote check #1109 for the week of September 25th - 29th in the amount of $248 (paying for the overcharge that week as well.)The week of October 2nd - 6th I didn't have to pay as agreed due to my credit from being overcharged so $532 - $233 = $299 credit leftThe week of October 9th - 13th I didn't have to pay as agreed due to my credit from being overcharged so $299 - $238 = $61 credit. For my daughter, you overcharged me $17 per week for 26 weeks. February 13th to August 18th is 27 weeks, and I used 1 of those weeks as vacation, so it's 26 weeks.$17 * 26 weeks = $4421. Our accountant is not on site and so we have to wait until she has the open time to come here to work. We gave Mr. [redacted] a copy of...
the invoice dating back to Jan. 2 of this year. We asked him to look at it and note that all changes had been made. It was pointed out that he may have forgotten to figure in the registration fee for the Fall, field trips that Jonathan attended while here this summer, and the Scholastic workbook fee for his daughter, [redacted]. We are not sure if he did this. He did not indicate whether he looked it over or not. He said that he had paid every week. Looking at the statement it does't look like he made a payment for the week of Jan. 2, 2017. There are weeks when he does have a credit, but there are weeks when he still owed 1, 2, 3. He threatened to call the police and the Revdex.com and was verbally abusive and angry with my assistant director. So on the morning of October 13th, my husband, [redacted] and I, as co-owners came in to be here when Mr. [redacted] came in. We told Mr. [redacted] that the accountant had made all of the changes and this was the invoice. [redacted] made it clear that if Mr. [redacted] continued to be verbally abusive to the staff that his children would be dismissed. We do not have an option in our accounting program to change birthdays. When parents have brought this to our attention we have made the changes, and it has always been retro-active. We have implemented a new policy that parents have to fill out a form to tell us ahead of time when their child has a birthday and there is a rate change. As for the pull-ups, Mr. [redacted] was asked to bring in Velcro pull-ups. This is our policy. That was the issue. He was verbally abusive with our teachers about this issue as well. We also have a 2 week notice policy, stated in our handbook, for withdrawing children. The charge for not giving a two week notice is added onto the invoice for the week of 10/20. With those charges, and the $31.00 credit, the bill would be $445.00. However, as a good will gesture we are willing to waive the withdrawal fees.
