Dear [redacted] , We have reviewed the complaint brought to the Revdex.com by Alex [redacted] We have had our accountant review this account twiceAll changes were madeOur accountant is not on site and so we have to wait until she has the open time to come here to workWe gave Mr [redacted] a copy of the invoice dating back to Janof this yearWe asked him to look at it and note that all changes had been madeIt was pointed out that he may have forgotten to figure in the registration fee for the Fall, field trips that Jonathan attended while here this summer, and the Scholastic workbook fee for his daughter, [redacted] We are not sure if he did thisHe did not indicate whether he looked it over or notHe said that he had paid every weekLooking at the statement it does't look like he made a payment for the week of Jan2, There are weeks when he does have a credit, but there are weeks when he still owed 1, 2, He threatened to call the police and the Revdex.com and was verbally abusive and angry with my assistant director So on the morning of October 13th, my husband, [redacted] and I, as co-owners came in to be here when Mr [redacted] came inWe told Mr [redacted] that the accountant had made all of the changes and this was the invoice [redacted] made it clear that if Mr [redacted] continued to be verbally abusive to the staff that his children would be dismissed We do not have an option in our accounting program to change birthdaysWhen parents have brought this to our attention we have made the changes, and it has always been retro-activeWe have implemented a new policy that parents have to fill out a form to tell us ahead of time when their child has a birthday and there is a rate change As for the pull-ups, Mr [redacted] was asked to bring in Velcro pull-upsThis is our policyThat was the issueHe was verbally abusive with our teachers about this issue as wellWe also have a week notice policy, stated in our handbook, for withdrawing childrenThe charge for not giving a two week notice is added onto the invoice for the week of 10/With those charges, and the $credit, the bill would be $However, as a good will gesture we are willing to waive the withdrawal fees We feel like we have handled this with professionalism If there are further questions that need to be addressed, please let us knowThank you [redacted] & [redacted] , Owners of 1, 2, You 'N Me Preschool
