I received the wrong ink (Epson) I have an Hp printer. All attempts to contact this Co Have been unsuccessful. This is not the Place you want to go for ink.

Review: I ordered $46 in ink products in January and have not received it! I have tried sending multiple messages and I do not get an answer! If they can't send me the ink I want my money back!Desired Settlement: Ultimately I want the ink, but if they don't have it now I want my money back!

Review: We ordered replacement ink for our printer from 123 Get Ink. We happened to order the wrong style ink, and we went to their website, and read their return policy. We were within our rights under their policy to return the ink for a full refund. However, the website provided no address for returns. They offer the address for their corporate office, and next to it says "THIS ADDRESS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS". There is no phone number on their website to contact someone in customer service. So, our last resort was to resolve by doing their "contact us" and we emailed them. Our emails went unanswered for over a week, and we kept resending and resending. Finally, finally, we get a response that states they are sorry for the delayed response, that they were relocating their offices and ultimately they provided us with an address to return the ink for a refund. We sent the box out the [redacted] week in June, and then it came back to us the week of 06/**/15 with two stickers on the box "Return to Sender / Unable to Forward.

So, to date, we now have the ink in our possession again, we have not received a refund, and we spent an additional $6.15 in shipping. I emailed the same gentleman who I corresponded with via email, and explained that the package came back.

To date, I have not gotten a response.

Your This makes me feel very uneasy. As we have been, unsuccessfully trying to contact this company. Amazon has been very patient with trying to help us resolve this issue. I guess the next recourse will be to contact our CC company and ask for a refund/credit.
It has been almost a month that we have been dealing with trying to return their product. Not happy, it is a waste of valuable resource on our part.

Review: Ordered Ink Cartridges which leaked all over my HP Printer after minimal use.

Company does not return emails to address problems with Ink Cartridges.

Review: Placed an order for ink on Aug **, 2015. [redacted] showed on Aug ** that they received notice to expect package. Company shows item was shipped on September *. My payment has been processed but I have not received any ink. I emailed the company multiple times and sent messages on their website. I have not received any response to my messages. There is no phone number to call. I would like a refund of my money. I ordered from this company in the past and had no issues...not sure what is going on this time. After numerous messages, someone should be able to reply!!Desired Settlement: Refund my money and post a contact number on website.

Review: Purchased ink jet cartridges from this location and I have not received a receipt from them, status of the order, nor tracking. Have emailed them multiple times and have received nothing but automated responses saying they have received our email and will only respond to sales related questions. Business also has no phone number listed to call them. Just two emails, one for sales, and one for customer service.Desired Settlement: Full Refund and a phone call from the Owner so we can personally get an explanation of why they conduct business like they do!!!!!

Review: I ordered ink from this business on Jan. [redacted]. They contacted me via email with an updated notice that my order had been shipped. When it seemed to take awhile for the shipment, I checked to see if there was a tracking number. There was a notice on my shipment information that the [redacted] had either lost or had the package stolen and I would be update. It is now Feb. [redacted] and I still have not received my ink. The package was sent from Brooklyn, then it went to [redacted],NY, then to [redacted] GA. I tried the tracking number again today and all it says is that shipment won't occur on anticipated date. When I write to 123GEtInk to see what is happening, I receive no response. I have paid for this ink however and now I want my money back.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my $19.99 that was debited from my checking account.

Review: I ordered a 8 pack of ink cartridges on Dec ** 2015 and they arrived about a week or so later. I tried to use them in both my printer and my wife's printer (we have the exact same one). The cartridges didn't work in either one. So I contacted them by email and within about 2 or 3 emails that Jack C wrote me back and started corresponding by emails a few times. His last email to me asked me to take pictures of everything and send to him which I did then nothing. It is 2/**/16 and I have emailed him back at least 10 times in the past month and not heard back. I have no address to send the items back to. All I wanted was either a refund of my $35 or exchange it for a toner cartridge for another printer I have. Here is one of his last emails to me. Read the part of him wanting the customers to trust his brand:
