Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/05/22) */
Firstly, on behalf of 123RF, please allow me to thank you for sharing your concerns
We would like to confirm that 123RF reactivated credits on May 19, 2014, note that these credits will expire in one years time
This is not
common practice, as you can see from our Terms of Use, clause b states that "Credits expire year from the date they are purchased"
We hope that you will accept this gesture
Best regards,
***

Firstly, on behalf of 123RF, please allow me to thank you for sharing your concerns.
Upon looking into the matter, we...
can confirm that 126 credits were purchased on August 31, 2011 and only 26 credits were used, as at August 30, 2012.
As a result, 123RF decided to extend the validity period of the credits for another one year. This is not a common practice, as you can see from our terms and conditions, clause 8 b 2 states that "Credits expire 1 year from the date they are purchased".
Given this goodwill gesture, we are unable to further extend the validity period.
We appreciate your understanding.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/03/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Again, I believe this is outside of the scope of the law. I have also filed a complaint with the District Attorney's office that handles these matters in California. Based on the redirect to Illinois' Revdex.com, should I also be filing this motion in IL?
