My concern, which sits on the fringe of a scam: 1) trial offer is 10 days, which for a 30 day supply does not allow for a trial given the results speak to the first 30 days. 2) Terms and agreements speak to recurring which most folks don't read; however, the delivery of multiple packages each month with an invoice of $0, when you're being charged $99 - $109 should be reflected so you are aware that it's not an error. 3) Returning product - the agents on the phone give you one address , but the terms and agreements provide another address. 4) told to track item and the consumer must call back to initiate refund. 5) agreement speaks to a 10% re-stocking fee, but the agent claims it's 15%.

This company from my perspective is not operating with the consumer in mind and has done just enough legally to get away with it. Consumers should be alerted.
