Review: This company is doing business in my apartment building as [redacted]. I dropped off 12 articles of clothing to be cleaned on July [redacted]. They were supposed to be ready the next day. They were not. After 10 days of repeated visits and phone calls, I was given 6 of the 12 pieces of clothing and told the "missing 6 were still on the truck" and that I should be assured they are not lost. I was repeatedly told the clothes were delivered to the wrong cleaners but that "they will be found asap". Over 2 weeks have gone by and I have been repeatdly lied to by the [redacted] named [redacted]. I still do not have my 6 peices of clothing, he has no idea where they are and he refuses to compensate, apologize and remedy anything. I have repeatedly demanded a credit on my [redacted] for the approximate $75 cost of dry cleaning as well has full reimbursement in the amount of $1,526.42 which is the full retail value of the 6 articles of clothing. I repeatedly provided a written and verbal description of all 6 articles with an invoice detailing the exact cost of each article. I was told by [redacted] to call his insurance company and that he will not reimburse me anything. I called his insurance comapny and was told it was completely inappropriate they he had me call them. They indicated they need to deal with him directly and that if he has the proper coverage, they will send him a check depending on his policy. I have repeatedly told [redacted] and so has the insurance company, that he needs to reimburse me now and deal with the insurance company on his own time. He has refused any and all attempts to remedy the situation.Desired Settlement: refund via cash, check, money order or credit on [redacted] in the amount of $1,526.42.

Review: I dropped off 17 lbs of laundry and have not been able to collect it for the last two days as the business has not bee open. Their is a sign on the window saying the power is off so they are closed no time line is given and no one is picking up the phone.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive my 17 lbs of laundry in the bag I delivered them in back and pay for the cleaning of the items if it was finished ASAP.
