I was charged three times for the same order but didn't realize it till I saw my bank statement 2 days later and the location failed to give me a receipt because their system was down. I contacted my credit union to dispute the charges but they said since it was the merchant that overcharged me, I needed to contact them for a credit. I called the restaurant but the line would go to fax after several rings but I finally reached someone and they said I needed to dispute it with the bank. I explained what the bank told me and even went into the store location with a copy of my bank statement but they wouldn't help me or credit me the amount that was taken. I feel cheated and that the situation hasn't been handled fairly at all. The location received moneys for items I didn't receive and refuse to give me a refund even though they agree I was overcharged. I wish to be refunded and compensated for time and energy wasted trying to right what was wrong and I have yet to hear back from regional.
