1.69 Any Garment Cleaners

Review: Have been using this establishment for over a year, recently I picked up my cleaning and when I got home found they had given me someone else's shirt and one of my own was missing. I returned the wrong garment and was told that they would contact others to try to retrieve my garment. I talked to the store clerk and was told the manager would contact me, but to no avail. I returned and happened to get the manager and she assured me that I would be contacted after they investigated the issue. I have been back several times and asked to be contacted, but she has repeatedly not done so. The shirt was a [redacted] silk shirt worth $75.00 in salmon color. I have asked for a reimbursement of $50.00 to cover the loss of the shirt, but they have continued to ignore my requests for contact and reimbursment. I believe I have given them plenty of time to try to retrieve the shirt or to give me compensation.Desired Settlement: To be given $50.00 for the shirt, which is less than it is replace it, since it was over a year old.
