I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12528797, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Parts ordered were received on 12/14/This after they promised( the last time) shipment 12/They were actually shipped by another company on 12/Since they said they would arrive back in early December and would be shipped from their inventory, they seem to be incapable of telling the truth. I do not believe they would have responded without your helpThe matter is now closed but I cannot think of a reason to trust them again. Thank you Anthony (Tony) ***

Re: Complaint Melissa, I have received another letter from you regarding this complaint. Letter is dated December 14th. I responded to you on December 9th indicating that we were waiting on the tracking confirmation from Fed Ex. I am attaching the Fed Ex
tracking information showing that these parts were delivered on December 14th. Customer has received their order, after delays because the parts were not in stock and then because deliveries are taking longer because of the holidays. Please confirm that you have received this information as it does not appear that you received our e-mail of December 9th Thank you Carole *** A.*** Enterprises Phone: *** E-mail: ***[email protected]

The order for woodstove parts from the customer involved in this Complaint was faxed to our distributor/manufacturer on November 4th (that is typically how we place the orders we receive) We assumed that the part was shipped to the customer since we did not hear anything from our distributor
that there was an issue with the part When we received your complaint, we contacted the customer and apologized, indicating we were not aware that he did not receive the part He subsequently had ordered the part from another supplier As a result and at the customer’s request, we have issued a credit to his credit card as of yesterday.Thank you for bringing this to our attention
