Review: I bought 4 .17 hmr magazines from this company and had to contact them 2 days in a row before I was given a tracking number for the product. They gave me an extra magazine since I am in the Marine Corps. When I got my package I loaded the magazines and noticed all but one held the rounds in the magazine. When I contacted them they told me "go figure that when we do something for someone something goes wrong". Well I didn't do anything wrong and their attitude was uncalled for. I was given a free magazine and they didn't test it before they sent it. I also had to pay $9.99 for shipping but my package said shipping cost $5.40. They told me I can send it back but I would have to pay a return postage and then shipping of $9.99 again. I just feel like I got ripped off and want to prevent this from happening again to someone else. Thank you.Desired Settlement: New magazine without having to pay postage 3 times.
