Dear Ms***,I have been transparent from the time of our evaluation to the time of our group classAs a business owner and operator I was honoring the program you and I had discussed and that you paid for! I have always been available for you to discuss any concerns or questions you may
have. I am still available to help clarify any confusion. I have never had a complaint in all the years I have been a dog trainer, so I am shocked to receive such alligations! I treat people and dogs with the utmost respect, so I feel saddened to have someone write something to this degree that are simply untrue! The reason why I was hired by you, Ms***, is because your dog had some behavioral issues you wanted me to help you withIt was made clear at the evaluation that you were having issues in gaining her attention outside of the home environmentThis is why I offered you the option of two private sessions and four group classesThe private sessions were to teach you (the owner) leash handling and proper communication with your dog, and to teach your dog a few commands, and to learn how to follow your instructionsThe controlled group environment is designed to help a dog work in obedience at different levels of distractionsMaking training realistic and reliableThat was to help her pay attention to you no matter what environment you and your dog were in
In the group class, I was instructing people in a group settingI did make my rounds to assist each owner(s) individually (making sure that they were being progressive with training and helping in areas of difficulty)You were having difficulty handling your dog in the group classThat is why I had my personal assistant help
The second in home private session, I was starting to have a hard time breathing, was getting dizzy and a headache, due to the smell of cigarette smokeAt that point I paused to asked if you if you could open the window.
In assisting your dog with the down command, my assistant and I kneeled next to your dog and NOT on your dogs backKneeling on a dogs back is something I have never practiced!
As far as refund and payment:
You had paid for in home private sessions and group classesWhich is a total of $I did the private sessions in your home and you came to group classWhich amounts to $(in home = $group classes = $100)The remaining funds that were not used amounts to $
My refund policy is Crediting the full amount that was not used or refunding half of the unused amount (in this case it would be $37.50)
What I am willing to do is refund you the unused $

[redacted] OMG!!!!  I guess I should have called 911! SO RUDE AND INSULTING!  LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!There was never any WRITTEN BUSINESS PRACTICES (or even verbal)  stating the owner's refund policy. Crediting the full amount that was not used? Credits are normally used by a business so you can purchase a replacement item. NO THANKS!I refuse to continue this "she said - she said". I stand with my original complaint and will accept nothing less than the full refund OF $233.33 for the unused classes that I requested in my email of January 19th.[redacted]
