I received an initial training session at Fitness ** in *** *** ** on Jan with a Training representativeI then signed a contract for continuing sessionsI was told if I changed my mind, I could cancel within daysTraining drafted $from my checking accountOn Jan 2018, I sent a cancelation letter and copy of the contract via certified mail, as per the instructions stated on the contract and via text with my trainerAs of Feb 2018,Training has drafted another $from my account and returned the certified letter as "unclaimed." Training refuses to address this matter and the owners of Fitness will not assist in contacting anyone from Training
