have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
My case is not yet resolvedI did call the week of July *** and spoke to Mike at Vulcan… the district manager. He told me that he thought the case was resolved and closed. He promised someone would be out to inspect and repair the following week of July ***. I did not hear from anyone last week.This morning7/** I called Vulcan again and spoke to Mike D***. He said he would have the District Manager get in touch with me. This case is still unresolved. Please reinstate it.Thank you for your help in this matter!

We have made arrangements to go and address the customers concerns on Monday, 9/**

Although the contract was agreed upon months ago and the day recision period has long since expired, we agreed to refund *** *** deposit*** *** has received a full refund from us via the credit card he used for his deposit*** *** said he still wants to have the work done when his
situation changes with other problems he is experiencing with his home
