The first time in the store to buy something they double taped my credit card.
And after arguing with them they fixed there mistake. That was only the beginning.
After making a order for a holster in there store the holster had not come in after 10 days so
I went to see why, and they told me order would be delayed even longer. I asked to exchange for one they had in the store and they told me ok, but I could not return it for any reason. When I asked why, they said I had made to many returns. Well, that might be a good reason but I told them I had never returned anything to them. They would not believe what I was telling them. Unbelievable! I do not want to see what might happen next. I think I will shop in all the gun shops I've done business with for the last 20 yrs. without a problem

KEYSTONE AUTOMOTIVE AFTER DETERMINING THAT THE FRIDGE WAS DEFECTIVE DESTROYED THE FRIDGE AND CREDITED THE CREDIT CARD OF 1800CARPARTS ALSO DOING BUSINESS AS 1800POOLS. WE SPOKE WITH STEVE MERILLAT WHO SAID THAT WE DID NOT ORDER FROM THEM. AFTER E-MAILING HIM ALL DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING THE AMAZON INVOICE, 1800CARPARTS E-MAIL WITH RMA, FEDEX TRACKING INFO, HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ISSUING A REFUND. FURTHER TELEPHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS TO THIS COMPANY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED.Desired Settlement: SINCE COMPANY WAS ISSUED A REFUND BY THE DISTRIBUTOR, WE ARE REQUESTING A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $774.19.
