Review: I placed an order online and received a shipment sent notification on July 6th. After not receiving anything after 2 weeks I sent 2 follow up emails on July 19th and 26th saying I had not received the order and asking for a tracking number. I still have not received the order or even heard back from the company. It has been 6 weeks.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or acknowledgment that the order is on it's way.

Review: On 2/6/15 I searched through [redacted] shopping for [redacted] skincare products, ending up with a purchase of several items from a [redacted] shopping listed site 1800derm.com. Item total was $234.50 for which I was charged in full on my debit card held at [redacted]. They list a one day shipping guarantee. On 2/9/15 email received stating part of my order shipped, however, no tracking or carrier information was provided. On 2/13/15 items had not been received so I emailed and called the company requesting tracking information. On 2/16/15 no response received and no items received, I again called and emailed. 2/17/15 same correspondence was sent from me as no responses have been received.As of today, no items have been received and my requests for info have gone unanswered,Desired Settlement: I want an immediate refund in full.
Review: I purchased $62 of product from this website. My bank account was charged the same day. Two days later I received an email stating my order was shipped. When I go to the tracking information
All it says is that a shipping label was created. I tried to contact this business several times but both the email and phone number provided on their site are not valid.Desired Settlement: I want my money back
Review: I ordered a product at a price that seemed good, but when I saw the bill it was in US $, which means a much higher price than I thought or wanted. When I tried to call the 'phone number was not obtainable; when I emailed my message was returned "undeliverable".I did get a confirming email for the order.I then wished to cancel (because of the high price & the failure of the company to tell me the real price in Canadian $), but have not heard back from the company.All I want to do is cancel the order; can you help me?Desired Settlement: All I want is to cancel the order & have my credit card refunded the amount taken.
Review: I originally ordered Skin Medica Lytera from 1-800-Derm on 1 October, however, received it only today (2 Nov). I normally order this product from another company, but they were our of stock. The product has a short shelf life and comes in an external box which is wrapped in plastic. Once you take off the plastic, there is a further quality/tamper hologram seal on the box. The product I received from 1-800-Derm was missing both the plastic wrapper and the security seal, meaning the safety and authenticity of the product cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the product I received was marked "Not for Resale", meaning it must have been a demo product. Someone had placed white adhesive labels over the "Not for Resale Logo" to try to disguise this fact. I paid the fully retail price for this product - $90 - and cannot use it.Desired Settlement: I do not trust this company and would like a full refund.
Review: I placed an order on this website on November 17 and my credit card was charged that day.
I received a confirmation email that day. a few days later I received a notice that the order had shipped. the link to tracking was a broken link. Responding to the email didn't work. I attempted to contact customer service via email from the website, but received no response. The phone number does not work. This business is clearly a scam. It cost me $98 to learn this.Desired Settlement: I WOULD L IKE A REFUND OF THE $98 CHARGED TO MY MASTERCARD.
Review: I placed an order with this company on November 2. I received emails confirming the order, and after sending them an email asking about shipment, I received an email stating the order had been shipped and gave me a USPS tracking number. According to the USPS website, the shipping label has been created, but that's all. This was confirmed by my local post office. I have sent numerous emails requesting information on the order/shipment, but they keep getting bounced back as undeliverable. The phone number listed on their website is not a working number. I know they list an address in Brea, but I cannot find a phone number (toll-free or otherwise) for them. I want my order, or I want my money refunded. I want them shut down as perpetrating fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or delivery of goods ordered. I would like a modification or discontinuance of their online claims. And I would like an apology.
Review: Around April 20, 2015 I ordered a product from 1800 Derm online. The product was "[redacted]" priced at $60. On April 27, 2015 I received an email from 1800 Derm stating that my product had been shipped. On May 2, 2015 I received my order, however, it was NOT the product I ordered. Instead I was sent the [redacted] priced at $55. I sent emails to [email protected] informing them of the mistake and requesting that they send me the correct product as we well as a return shipping label so that I could send them back the product that they sent me incorrectly. I sent these emails on 5/4,5/5,5/11 and 5/16. On 5/16 someone named [redacted] finally emailed me and said someone would call me back. Two days later [redacted] called me back, apologized for the mistake and told me that he would resend the correct product and would follow up with me in a day or two. I never heard back from him. It is now 5/22 and I have left several voice messages all of which have gone unreturned. I simply want 1800 Derm to send me the product that I ordered and be done with this. If they can't send me the product I ordered I want a refund..Desired Settlement: I want to receive the CORRECT product that I originally ordered. If 1800 Derm cannot do this I want them to refund my money.
Review: I ordered a beauty product on 02/04/15 for $ 108.00 which was charged to my credit card that day. I received an email with a tracking # from [redacted]. When I tracked it, the info was only that a shipping label was created in [redacted] on 02/06/15 but nothing after that. I contacted [redacted] and verified that info. So it was never shipped. I emailed the company on 02/22/15 and got a response " I'll resend right away". My two attempts to contact them resulted in a voicemail to leave a message. I couldn't because the mailbox was full. I sent another email and called again this week and same thing- mailbox full and no response from them this time by email.Desired Settlement: I really just want my product, or a refund. I contacted my credit card co. and disputed this charge of $108.00

On 6/02/15 I sent email advising them 2 SHORT
On 6/02/15 6:38 pm received a reply from [redacted] "Yes more is on the way"
That was it in the email... no explanation... nothing at all AND I have been sending them emails every couple of days trying to see if it is indeed shipping to me or if I can get a $32.00 refund. They have yet to respond to my requests for information. This company does not answer their phone and mailbox is full.
I would like to know if I am going to receive the 2 items they say "Yes more is on the way" or when I will receive a REFUND ... I did pay for this via [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive them. Although if they can't let me know when I would want a refund.
