The website was confusing as it relates to actually being able to contact anyone I placed an order via a local Groupon and could not tell if one of the three items I ordered actuall went through When I contacted the Groupon staff they sent me an email with a "person" contact who only turned out to be an EMAIL!! I was never able to talk with anyone there and next thing I knew they were sending me an email my three items were shipped but with no link or information on the company they were sent through I'm still waiting for the items but felt the whole process was completely user unfriendly Also they socked me separate shipping for all three items!!!

I bought 2 power banks for my Iphones and the cords do not work with my phone. I've called and emailed them a number of times in the course of 3 weeks and they will not respond. I would NEVER deal with this company again and would advise everyone to do the same.
