This Company is a scam dont order from 1803 Sugar House they take your money but never give you your product and when asked about it they continue to lie. Dont Order from them!!!!!

Review: Hi, I ordered through the website as well as the auction page on f/b items from this company.. in August 2013.. it is now January 2014 and I have yet to receive all of my items.. the items were ordered for the purpose of Halloween, which has come and gone.. then the items were promised well before Christmas, and that too has come and gone.. I only received a little over half of my items... the items which I did receive, some of those were damaged.. I have been continually been given excuses and reasons why I haven't received them, at one time telling me they were sent and accepted.. not by me.. later to find out that they were in fact sent to the wrong customer.. so they say.. I have also posted to find out if anyone else has had issues with the company, 1803 Sugarhouse Primitives, only to find out that I am NOT the only dissatisfied customer.. just one of many.. I also asked for refunds on numerous occasions, they will not refund my money.. I have asked repeatedly for them to contact me through the telephone, giving my tel # to them, on my expense (asked them to call collect) and still nothing... I am quite distressed with this ongoing issue.. as it is a lot of money... I am not sure how to either collect my goods (in perfect condition) or my refund..Desired Settlement: I would like my "whole" order, with no damage to it.. and no further expense to myself.. I have already lost money...

Review: She owes me over $200. I did not receive merchandise and now am being strung along getting my cash reimbursement. I have been in constant contact with her, the owner.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 paid promptly! I've saved all emails and Paypal receipts.
