181 South Homes

181 showed us several homes, when others wouldn't only ran out credit with no help.
181 helped us find out forever home. It was delivered within 2 wks. Had a few issues but they completed our work order list. We are very happy with our home and service.

Customer has been contacted and South Homes sent our service technician to address the concernsThe Factory Originally had sent out a contractor and the work was not satisfactory to the customer We then found out later after visiting the home the items were not completedOnce we were notified, the Clayton factory immediately sent the remaining parts needed to complete the workWe will continue to keep in close communication with the customer to be certain no other issues ariseOur #priority is customer satisfaction! It is difficult to try and justify, how 181 South Homes let this customer complaint fall through the cracks. Customer service is very important to us. Good evening, I just realized that my complaint has been closed with South Homes, however the problem has never been resolvedIt is now July and our home has still not been fixed, they came and fixed only the very small problems...I have tried to contact them and I get no answer

I recently purchased a home back in May. The sales team did superb it was the 181 homes who has their own moving company called "Big Dogs". Which I had clue there were the same company every time I called it was a back & forth game. They made move early out of my current home so they can replace it with the new mobile home. They told me it would take less than a week it took almost 4 weeks! They destroyed my carport & all my front yard. The carport they tore it down than attempted to resale me back my own wood! My front yard is coved in trash of what they left & kept telling me it was my responsibility, it's been 6 weeks & still there. They knocked down my water supply. The brand new home I just got was broken in so many places on how they mistreated it. All my stuff was ruined !!! I was treated as if they were better than me they made sure to let me know it too. Worst experience of my life !
