Everyone is quick to post negative experiences, and positive experiences do not get reported as often. So shout out to [redacted] and his team. We had a new house built with the front steps on highly compacted fill dirt behind retaining walls. unfortunately in the year following completion the steps and walk settled down hill quite a bit. 1855slabjack came out gave us an estimate and did the work the same day. Within about an hour they had the steps and front walk raised and leveled back to original construction. Unfortunately the concrete settled a bit more. Under their warranty 1855slabjack came back raised and leveled the steps and walk again. Now 6 months later the steps and walk are still at the intended grade and look great.
