On August 13, *** *** (owner) agreed to complete an embroidery job for four letterman style jacketsHe received three of the four jackets with patches on August with the understanding that the fourth jacket and packages would be delivered to him on August On August he received the updated design files with specific instructions from me via emailHe and I spoke over the phone*** told me that he received the artwork and that he would digitize the artwork to begin embroider production on each of the four jacketsSeveral weeks past without receiving an update on the status of my jacketsI called him again on September and September He did not respond until September He returned my call and requested a payment of $on September 13; suggesting cash to avoid credit card processing feesI paid him $cash on September and was given a receipt as proof of paymentHe said my four jackets would done by mid week (September 19)On Tuesday Septembe

long and wasn't give me what is causing the delays or why it was taking her longer than was expected. We here at [redacted] tried to keep you updated on the order, but [redacted] was not being upfront with us and the information to our knowledge was accurate and not a lie. We have found the reasons she gave us for your order were not true and for that we will not be working with her company any more. As you see from the product that you picked up, the quality was there but it took to long to get it done. Regardless the reason, we apologize for that delay and the lack of communication you were expecting to have from us. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask. Now that you picked up your order and received a partial refund, we have fulfilled your order and hope you will forgive us for the delays.
