Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is like an automated message as it is exactly like to a t with a complaint I filed via [redacted] Seller doesn't even have my name right on either countWhether I signed a contract or not it is land I had paid on for almost years, Said property has been listed and still is listed for sale onlineIt is an Real Estate agents sole duty to pull sold property for any and all sales posted online from all websitesThere is no telling how many other people are paying for the land I am/was purchasingUpon contacting other real Estate Companies it is also a sellers obligation to notify potentials buyers of hazards, potential dangers within the area in which they are selling land iePRISONSIt is not a buyers responsibility to ask such questions unless they are aware of the possibilities, especially if people are from other states where they don't have this type of situation at their backdoorive grandchildren that will come to visit, if a jail break happens my grandchildren would be in dangerI've asked [redacted] if he had anything else in different location to try and work this out as to recommendations of attorney to handle this like adultshe has only said nothing except "we are currently out of officeplease email us [redacted] or visit website [redacted] This is what happens everytime I try to contact himsent emails and I get text as stated aboveSending snail mail you will get nothing, unless its very important or maybe not at allThis does what it wants to, when it wants toFederal Trade commission is next, because funds were being paid from one state crossing many state lines to pay for this landBecause Mr [redacted] choose not to try and work this out has left me no other choice but to file complaints across the boardHe has done this to others with unresolved issues of damage over $33k plus not counting mineHe will not walk with my almost $8kthese are just reports on another website for those that have been wronged by 1881.com [redacted] in generalThese complaints are scattered across the internetHe calls me slanderous yet I speak nothing more than factFact and truth are not considered slanderous by law when true Regards, [redacted]

I do not recall her stating she wanted to trade for other land. I am not a Real Estate AgentAnd have never represented myself as suchShe has not stated where these ads are listed. she is perhaps viewing some cached versionOur website http://www.1881.com is the only authorized versionIf you call and we are not in the office you get a voice mail stating that we are not in the office and to email us at *** and visit our website www.1881.comas I stated I was not aware of a Prison in the area. if it is on IH in *** ***, as she states, it is not even close to the landThe default letter has been mailed to the buyer, see attachmentvia certified mail return receipt.My original response to her complaint is also attached. I am not sure what she is referring to when she states "Seller couldn't even find property on his own phone." I do not use my phone for GPSWhen the buyer contacted me I provided the GPS points and the *** earth.kmz file by emailI also provided her a gps point of the center of the road on the property, via text on her cell phone. The buyer stated she did not have email out there I told her to go to the courthouse in *** *** and they could give her maps..Please contact us and we will provide all interested parcels the *** .kmz files to this property as well as approxGPS points as we did the buyer. that complaint was rather funny. this cus***er bought some land Stopped making payments we sent him a default letter.they responded with "I am no longer going to make payments on the property.He emailed my office and accused of planting rocks One
person in my office, after like the 3rd email asked him if just got out of an asylum I guess that pissed him off...He complained about being disabled yet he is able to trek thru Thistle and Brush and whatever other stuff he was saying was out there. if you have further questions please email me at ***

Tell us why here...I am currently out of town and have been since June 1We have been accused of planting rocks.  LOLWe do not plant rocks.Customer contacted us and said he was no longer interested in making paymentsso we went through the default process as stated in the contract.  Customer then contacted us and stated a bunch of ludicrous accusations, as you see in your initial complaint as well as contacting the IRS and federal authorities for taking advantage of a diabled old man.   customer never requested a refund , just made threats of contacting different agencies includding Revdex.com.If you read his complaint his accusations are laughable..... My employees have been tintimadated  by this DISABLED  person....Did this person do his due diligence before signing the contract.  did he make sure the property would suit his needs.the property was exactly described and included picturesthanks[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: I will continue to reject [redacted]'s response because he is not giving a seasonable resolution to the problem at hand. I want [redacted] to either refund every penny I have paid him thus far for the said mentioned property in [redacted], Tx That I had been paying on for almost two years. [redacted] is to remove any and all listing of said mention sold property [redacted] sells. Whether he is a real estate agent or not. Whether that is at the end of the companies title after investment. I know how [redacted] gets the lands he sells. It is considered real estate property none the less. [redacted] keep and maintain the sales of the land I am/was buying from him ([redacted]) online and active for the entire time of almost two years past the signing of a land contract. I have paid $7,760 toward the purchase of the [redacted] land. He has continuously referred to be out of the office or town every time I told him I was coming down to view the land. Ive asked [redacted] to have someone or himself to show me exactly where the land was. I know he can not just drop everything to help but he can make arrangements to get me the help I needed as a land sales person.I did not nor never have expected [redacted] to drop everything to assist me, but when I am in the [redacted] Location and he has been made aware of this many times that I was going to be in the area he could have assisted himself or by means of others. Does he expect some one looking to buy land just to drop everything to go  hundreds if not thousands of mile to look at any and all land for sale. No cause that just is not the way it would work is one has a family or other obligations in their life.I have asked [redacted] if he had anything else we could deal with and as anyone can read the response I received after sending him the question. This is all to typical of [redacted]! I have enclosed copies of all text communications to and from [redacted], emailings to [redacted], email complaint to a website complaining about why the land I was paying on was listed for sale on their website. I am trying to locate my old sell phone to see if I have other communication texts stored on it from and to [redacted]. If not Then I have lost others as my last phone after the one I am seeking had to be sent in for repair and all information was lost after repairs. I want a resolution, I want land back under my feet, I want a full refund or something equal to or right at the money I have already paid to [redacted]. If [redacted] refuses to resolve this issue I will be left buying another piece of Property some place else, but I will continue to fight to get a full complete refund of monies paid [redacted]. [redacted] Has done this to others just like myself and has unresolved issues of over $33 thousand. That does not include the monies he has taken from me across state lines for payments on the [redacted] property. This is an interstate transaction with [redacted] excepting payments from any person outside of the state of Texas and is if fund guilty can be charged on a Federal Law, in a Federal Court. The buyer has had this property for approximately 2 years.We cannot give a refund on a contract/property that the buyer decides they do not want after 2 years... Thanks [redacted]
