Earth Wise was contracted to perform pest control services by Mrs [redacted] who was originally scheduled for July 7, Unfortunately that day the technician whom the Liberato's was scheduled with, had run into a rattlesnake earlier that day, and appointment had to be rescheduledMrs [redacted] had rescheduled with us for July 11,between pm and pm; Mrs [redacted] was upset we had to reschedule the appointmentOn July 11, at 4:pm our technician called her to let her know he was onsiteShe explained to him she would not be home until after pm/ The office called her to confirm this and she stated she wouldn't be until after pmWe explained appointment was between pm and pm , and we can't have technician wait an hour for her to get homeWe also explained her initial service would hours and couldn't start at pm, told her we would need to reschedule appointmentWe have new software which automatically bills customers and sends emailsCustomer was sent a bill in email but was told to disregard: it was a mistake

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from Earthwise is incorrect. Once I was cancelled on the first time, I was told a 5-6 arrival time for the next appointment would be acceptable as I had taken off work the first time and was cancelled on. The technician did not tell me the second time around that they could be there at 5, they cancelled all together.

On July 11, 2017 at 4:55 pm our technician called her to let her know he was onsite. She explained to him she would not be home until after 6 pm/ The office called her to confirm this and she stated she wouldn't be until after 6 pm. We explained appointment was between 5 pm and 6 pm , and we can't have technician wait an hour for her to get home. We also explained her initial service would 2 hours and couldn't start at 6 pm, told her we would need to reschedule appointment. We have new software which automatically bills customers and sends emails. Customer was sent a bill in email but was told to disregard: it was a mistake.
