Review: I took in 2 shirts & 2 sweaters for dry cleaning (dc) and 6 shirts for laundry. One dc shirt (green with small sets of blk. lines) was returned with holes in neck collar and the bottom of the shirt. The Manager said that the shirt was pulled before it was treated and cleaned. His tone was nasty, and disrespectful. He did not want to hear anything I had to say. When the real manager (I suppose) eventually came to the counter he refused to speak with me any farther and walked away leaving me standing there. I told them this was unacceptable, I ask for further information and the manager called the police. I spoke with the police officers and they took my statement and told me their report would be on file. ** FACT: The shirt was soiled and did not have any holes when I brought it in. They inspect items and tag them before they are put in a bag. The young ladies at the counter inspected my garments and I asked them to spot clean my garments. The shirt returned looks like it was cleaned not pressed and it smelled of cleaning solutions like in the other clean & pressed garments. This situation could have been resolved without any confusion. I have been a customer at minimum 5 years. I had no problem with previous management.Desired Settlement: This situation could have been resolved without any confusion. I want to be compensated for my shirt in the amount of $25.
Review: Took in 3 suits and 3 shirts. One suits was returned with someone else's pants, another had holes in the pants, and another was stained a strange brown color. One suit was returned with destroyed material on the pants. I went in to speak with the manager and he sarcastically said, "I guess you're going to tell me the suits were new?" I never claimed the suits were new. I did not bring them suits that were destroyed or the wrong pants. The manager refused to speak with me any farther and walked away leaving me standing there.Desired Settlement: I want my correct pants for the one suit and at least one replacement suit for the other damaged ones.
