I had multiple new expensive shirts completely discolored and ruined by this companyWhen I picked up my dry cleaning, first of all they sent them through laundry rather than dry cleaning, but then wrapped them up and placed them in the middle of my other clothes as if I wouldn't noticeNever said anything to me about my damaged shirtsWhen I brought it to their attention, they kept my shirts for over another week "running tests" on them to duplicate the damageAfter many many phone calls to them trying to get answers and my shirts replaced they claim they did nothing wrong and it was not their faultThey offered me a $store credit for the inconvenience and for not telling me my shirts were damagedThey will not replace my shirts or make it right and simply told me I need to contact the manufacturer of the shirts and take it up with them as a fabric problemWorst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I will not return to this company and will take my business elsewhere
