Review: Ordered parts from the business website, order number [redacted], and paid by check. The check was cashed, but the parts were never delivered. The cleared check in the amount of $47.69 posted in my bank account on 4 January 2013.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is the delivery of the items ordered. If the entire order is not able to be delivered, then I demand a full refund.

Review: I ordered six Colt 1911A1 pistol magazines on 8 Feburary 2013. Instantly paid the merchandise using my [redacted] account but never received them. I contacted the seller via email and through their website contact form but never heard from them.Desired Settlement: Refund my money accordingly.

I never received 2 Colt magazines. I paid $23.98 plus shipping for these items.

Sent an e-mail to the business on 6/5/2013- no response.

Sent Certified mail on 6/19/2013- letter delivered on 6/24/2013- no response.

I have all documents to support this complaint.Desired Settlement: Ship product or refund my credit card.

Review: I never received the items that I paid for in regards to order # [redacted].. I have made several attempts requesting information such as a tracking number or some kind of proof the package has been sent.. I have got no response from this business.. This business is horrible that it doesn't return emails or answer phone calls.. and on top of that it doesn't answer its customers requests/questions !!Desired Settlement: I want a refund... enough is enough now..

Review: Apr 6 2013 I ordered a product from this business. I paid via [redacted] Immediately. I received automated confirmation of both the order and payment. 2 weeks later after receiving NO further information such as shipping details, I attempted to contact the business via Email. (the only available contact info given) I received no reply. I then sent 2 more emails one week apart, with no reply. on May 5, I received and automated email stating the item had shipped via USPS. It is now 15 May, and I have not received my product. It has been 45 Days from the purchase date. I have had NO correspondence with the business, and according to USPS the slowest mail from PA to AZ should take no more than 6 days.Desired Settlement: I want the product I paid for, and from other info I have read on Revdex.com's site, this business shut down so to avoid others the utter disappointment and grief doing business with them causes.
