Was told that they didn't have my clothes I dropped off to be cleaned. Apparently the company sent my items off to another location across town (who knows if this is the truth). I called to follow up on my items and the business would not answer the phone. Will complete the review if my items are not recovered. This is very upsetting as this is my favorite jacket and the company is acting "shady."
