1977 Mopeds

Worst excuse for a company I have ever seenI ordered two things from these guysOne item showed up after weeks and the other item was no were to be found and nothing said about itI waited a week and sent an emailweeks later I got an email saying they had a problem with their warehouse and it would be on its wayTHEY SHIPPED ME A DIFFERENT PART AND IN THE WRONG COLOR! THE PACKING LIST WITH THE ITEM WAS CLEARLY DIFFERENT IN MANY WAYSWont get back to meWont return emails asking for refundITS BEEN WEEKS AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! EVERY SINGLE moped forum and group always said stay away from these guys and I though well im just ordering a couple things whats the worse that could happen? DONT EVEN CHANCE ITITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE THESE GUYS CAUSEDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

First of all the part they sent did not fix my Honda Express I set up an RMA and sent back the part I NEVER received the refund to my account I have sent several email requests and even contacted them on Facebook It has been almost a year now and I have NOT got my refund I talked to someone named Dan and he said my refund was on the way but never came Do NOT give them your business This is fraud and I am going to open up a complaint next Then pursue legal action to get my money back

I suggest you stay away from 1977 mopeds. Read up on the complaints contained in Revdex.com page. I had the same experience noted by others. 1977 mopeds did not deliver my order. They cannot be reached in person on the phone. Messages do not get responded to. 1977 mopeds will take your payment right away then offer excuses about warehouse problems, unexpected shipping delays, system tracking issues, you name it. I consider myself lucky to have placed a small $ order. Consider this company a crap shoot as to whether you will get anything you ordered or your money back. I used PayPal so I was able to have a complaint process there as well.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! They are quick to take your money but if you have a problem they disappear. I have been wanting on a refund for almost a year and they still have not sent that to me!!! Do NOT do business with!!!
