$1.99 Dry Clean X-Press Reviews (5)

I use this business regularly to dry clean my dress clothes as well as laundering my husband's dress shirts I have had nothing but perfect results with my clothes On one occasion they found a stain on a pair of my pants when they started to dry clean them, they tagged it and showed it to me before cleaning to try to determine what the stain was, and if I still wanted them to try to clean it Due to the extra effort the stain came out beautifully The workers know me by name and always greet me cheerfully and I have run into one of the owners in the grocery store who recognized me and spoke to me When others in the area have continued to increase their price, they have remained $ This is a great business and I will continue to trade there

Dry Clean X-Press gave away my new clothes to another customer. They have also not provided me with restitution for the loss of my clothesOn Aug 7, 2015 I dropped off a new, custom-made [redacted]. suit (worn once) and several pairs of new tailored dress pants. On Aug. 12th I went back for pickup and was told my clothes were missing. On August 15th I returned and was told that my clothes were given to someone else in error and the clothes were 'taken to India' for an indefinite period of time. The cleaners knew exactly where they went as there was apparently a store video record of my clothes being given to the wrong person. On August 18th I provided complete receipts showing the recent purchase of all the items I had dropped off along with a letter asking for restitution. I went back 5 times since then in good faith to ask that the cleaners file an insurance claim. I was told that a claim had been filed. Despite these efforts on my part, I never received any form of restitution and I am out $1,129. I am an [redacted] and I really needed this suit and the other missing clothes for job interviews. Dry Clean X-Press was made aware of this fact, however they have done absolutely nothing to make this situation right.Desired SettlementI desire a check in the amount of $1129.65 to cover the documented replacement cost of my new clothes that Dry Clean X-Press gave away.Business Response Dear Revdex.com:We are following up with the customer who got Mr.[redacted] cloth and did follow with him as well.Currently the customer is out of country for family emergency and have informed us once customer return and will bring the cloth that mistily given to them. Manager did call Mr.[redacted] and try to offer best resolution as it can but Mr.[redacted] was not patience and start using inappropriate language with manager when manager try to apologies and told him the process. Mr.[redacted]did not wanted his cloth back once it return so manager per store policy did offer $80 +$20 = $100 for customer satisfaction since Mr.[redacted] did not want to wait. Manager try to solve best he can but Mr.[redacted] keep using inappropriate language. Thank you

An [redacted] silk blouse of mine that cost $278 plus tax was damaged at the cleaners on 8/22/14 so that it now has three white runs across the navy.Inv#:[redacted] It was mislabeled a dress as it is a long blouse. I took it out of the bag to wear to the [redacted] in late Sept. & saw it was damaged. I went to the cleaners with the ticket and damaged blouse. They said they couldn't have damaged it but if not them them who? This was the first time the blouse was ever cleaned. I have been a loyal customer of the business since it opened. I given a number of excused why they wouldn't do anything. They wanted to see a picture of the item which is not in the fall collection. I wrote the manufacturer,m got a picture, it wasn't big enough. [redacted] women's designer clothing manager, [redacted], after looking at the garment, wrote me an email, "based of what [redacted] ([redacted] saleswoman) says it does appear that the dry cleaner did damage the print on your shirt." The manager refused to look at the note and said she had to see the blouse online that the picture [redacted] sent me wasn't big enough. Their website pictures are no bigger than the picture she complained about. I just want them to do the right thing for a loyal customer and reimburse me the cost of the blouse. They have never damaged any of my clothing in the years I have been going there until now and I am very disappointed in the hostile attitude.Desired SettlementI want a check for $278 (per emaill from [redacted] about the price of the blouse) and $18.76 tax for a total of $296.76. Business Response First I would like to say, I am very sorry to hear with customer complaint and even though the damage to garment did not happen at our location but for customer satisfaction I had offer customer with $20 but she refuse. Also, we do follow caring label when cleaning garment. Thank you Consumer Response The damage did happen at the cleaners .It was a brand new blouse and I was not offered any reimbursement or condolences for the condition of my blouse. I spoke with a friend who tells me they lost her blouse but did not make restitution for it. This appears to me a self serving pattern.

Stained my $250 [redacted] shirt, which I dropped for cleaning last week on August 13th. I dropped my $250 [redacted] shirt for cleaning last week on August 13th. I was asked to pick up the shirt any time after 8 AM on the 15th, the day I wanted to wear on a special occasion celebrating the birth of our child. When I went to pick up the shirt, it was stained. The clerk insisted that I wear it like that, and bring it back. I asked for the owner, but she told me that none of 4 owners were there. She guaranteed me verbally that the stains will be removed, but refused to write anything down. I left the shirt there for her to remove the stain they put, and had to run to the mall to buy a new shirt to wear that day. She told me to pick up the shirt the next week on Tuesday, 18th August. I went on Wednesday to pick up the shirt, and found the stains still there although they were lighter. The lady and another person argued with me to either pick up the stained shirt or sign off a waiver for them to make further attempts to remove the stain, which they caused as further cleaning could make holes in the shirt. I asked them to reimburse me for the shirt, but the lady told me that none of the owners were there and she couldn't do anything about it. Until today, August 20th, the owners have not contacted me or my wife [redacted] as the ticket is under her name. I have left the shirt there, and waiting for a call back from one of the 4 owners. I was looking forward to wear this shirt, which was perfect for my suit for our special occasion, but instead had this around where not only I had to go to the mall that day to find a new clothes to wear, but also dealing with the run around until now. Desired SettlementI am requesting a full reimbursement of my $250 [redacted] shirt plus tax, and refund of the cleaning cost. Business Response Owner called the customer on 22nd of August to resolve the issue.Consumer Response The owner didn't offer any resolution. He had a heavy accent and stated that his name was [redacted]. We tried to reach his store several time, but hear the same from the employees that none of their 4 owners are present. My shirt is still there, and * would be happy to pick up the reimbursement check of $250 dollars plus tax. Could you provide us the name of the owner and let me know if he has the check ready for me to pickup. Final Business Response Dear Revdex.com:First * would like to say, * am very sorry to hear with customer complaint again and even though the stain to shirt did not happen at our location but for customer satisfaction Manager did spoke with Mr. [redacted] and had offer customer with $20 for satisfaction on August 22,2015. As a manager I have spoken to him and did tell him resolution with offer of $20. Thank you The business called and said that the consumer came by the store and picked up the check on 10/8/15
