I received your correspondence regarding the complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com on April 5, 2015 at 12:51:42 AM regarding the 1.99 Value Cleaners LLC.

To date, the business has not addressed my complaint.  I actually went into the Cleaners today file a 30 day report so that I could get reimbursed for my shirt and would you believe, they did not even have the forms for me to complete, which I was not surprised.
 
Long story short since no resolution, I guess I can chalk this one as lost shirt with no resolution.
 
I really hope that this is reflected on their record and can be published for viewing.

Review: I took a pair of my husband's white cargo pants to be cleaned. They had a black smudge on the back of the pants in the seat area. This was April 2015, upon picking the pants up after cleaning I notice little black spots all over the pants. I told the worker that day, I did not leave the cleaners with the pants, theey offered to re-cleann the pants and I agreed. When I wennt back I was told that were not ready. finally I went back and the spots were still there, I was told to complete a claim form. The form stated the company had 30 days to respond. Well I was contacted todayy 7-16-15 by a lady who identified herself as Linda she would not give me a lst name, she stated she was the manager and stated that there was nothing she could do about it and that was that. She was rude and very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Want pants replaced. More than anything an apology, for taking so long to repsond to claim and being rude.

Review: On March 26, 2015, I took 5 shirts to the $1.99 Cleaners to have cleaned and paid a total of $9.95 in advance of my shirts being delivered back. Approximately 1-2 days later, I went back to the Cleaners and my shirts were not in. I returned the very next day and was given 4 out of the 5 shirts back and was told to come back the next day for the final shirt. Upon returning the next day, my last shirt was still not back.

On several occasions, before returning to the Cleaners again, I called and was informed they would check and call me. Not to my surprise, no one did.

Since I did not receive a call back, I returned to the Cleaners once again and my shirt was still not back after several days had passed. I then asked for the managers name and was told it was [redacted]. I was informed that she could be reached at [redacted] at 5:00 PM on Thursday April 2, 2015. At approximately 5:00 PM on April 2, 2015, I called and Ms. [redacted] was not at the location.

Since I had left my personal information and even spoke with a gentleman by the name of [redacted] as well, to date, I have not received a call from anyone and I was told I could not file a compliant with them until 30 days which would be April 26, 2015 which is 30 days from the time I brought my shirts in for cleaning. I was also informed I could not fill out the complaint form in advance since there were no more documents available at that time.

It will be approximately 2 weeks as of April 9, 2015 and I do not have my shirt or have not received a call. I have been to the location on numerous occasions and no one seems to really care about resolving my issue.

I would like my shirt returned and would like the $1.99 back for the inconvenience that I have encountered. If my shirt is not found, I would like for it to be replaced and receive my $1.99 back as well.

At this point, I am truly surprised for the lack of service and would like your assistance to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: If my shirt is not found, I would like a refund in the amount of $1.99 for the cleaning and my shirt replaced (a new shirt).
