We are sorry for any confusion that our promotion may have caused. Per the attached file, which is a screenshot of the promotion page on our website ([redacted]), the requirement to purchase a Playset, Playbed, or Outdoor Playhouse is clearly spelled out in...

the sentence immediately below the promotion headline. There was no asterisk used because of the proximity of the promotion explanation to the headline copy and the font size used. This is fundamentally different than the use of an asterisk in promotions by most other companies where the asterisk is required because exclusions are only provided at the bottom of the page in very small font size.Please also note that more than 95% of purchases by our new customers include the purchase of a Playset, Playbed, or Outdoor Playhouse. Thus, our primary concern in crafting the wording for this promotion was to ensure that this 95%+ of customers knew that the promotion ONLY applied to the Furniture, Backyard and Playroom Toy portions of their order.
