*** *** called our office to request that we call her to let her know what time her pet was to be cremated. We did return her call at approximately between 12:00pm and 12:30pm that day. She did not answer and we got her voicemail. OUr employee left a message that the cremation
would take place approximately 1:00pm. To my previous response I would just like to add the *** *** never gave instructions that we were to hold off on doing the cremation if we did not reach her.She just want to be informed of the time it would occur.As to her request for a refund, we respectfully decline to issue this since the service she requested was fulfilled by our company.Regards,Linda B***Offfice Manager

The Crematory is being extremely dishonest I can not believe that after how poorly they handled the very delicate cremation of my long time much beloved pet that they are still not taking responsibilities for their actions I have a log of communications that I made and had with them, documenting the calls and conversationsI have emails that I sent that were not responded toThey are nothing short of unprofessional and uncompassionate I NEVER received calls from them telling me the time of the cremationI find it interesting that they are now saying they called me twice- once at 12:and another time at 12: At first they claimed they called me once and left me a voicemail, which they did notAnd quite frankly I find it heart-wrenching that they think it is appropriate to such personal information on a VOICEMAIL!!!! What does one even say??? Hi...this is so and so just calling to tell you that your dog is scheduled to be cremated at 1:00???? Like they are confirming a reservation at a salon or restaurantI never got that message...that is something I would never forget and would have 100% saved They messed up big time and are trying to cover their tracks! I also have a screenshot of incoming calls on my phone from that dateThey are lyingAnd to make matters even worse, they could not have been colder when I called cryingThey are in the wrong field and extremely unethical People like this should be working in a junkyard not in a very sensitive and what should be nurturing environment They should be ashamed of themselves! I am now considering small claims court so I can provide the proof I have to a Judge and make them take responsibility for their lack of judgement and for all of the pain they have caused myself and my family at our severe time of grief.
