1and2 Automotive, LLC Reviews (4)

My daughter and I went to 1and2 Automotive because I saw an online advertisement for a vehicle that I was interested in. As soon as I arrived one of their many salesmen, Bob, asked me to give all of my personal information: name, SSN, address, phone number, and copy of DL, along with employer name, number, and address. This was all prior to letting me look at the vehicle. They never gave me any notices to sign or anything that stated I would have my credit checked. I specifically asked them whether they would be checking my credit because I wanted to make sure I wanted the vehicle prior to applying for it. They said they wouldn\'t but that it is a "requirement" for them to have all of the information \"loaded\" before they let anyone look at the vehicles. We finally saw the vehicle and it looked different from the photographs. We test-drove it and there was a strange sound emitting from the engine. We went back into the office and I noticed that they had just left the copy of my driver's license and application lying on the edge of the desk. This is a desk in a large room with several other desks and many people, both clients and staff, walking around. We said we didn\'t want to purchase the vehicle because we didn\'t think it was worth the asking price and Bob kept trying to show us the Kelly Blue Book value, which I\'d checked prior to going so I already knew how much the car was supposedly worth. We still said no and he went to go get his supervisor. The supervisor, who didn't introduce himself, so I don't know his name, came to the desk and started trying to show me the KBB value of the car. I said we didn\'t want it and he kept trying to tell us that this price didn\'t even include the \"Bose\" system and whatnot. I still said that I didn\'t want it and he said: "okay, go." So we got up and my daughter made to take my driver's license copy from the desk where it was still lying along with the rest of my information and he snatched it from her hand! He started yelling at my daughter and I to get the hell out of the dealership so we left very quickly. I was terrified they would hurt us! He came after us yelling a slew of racist insults at us and telling us to \"go back across the river\" and things like \"welcome to our country, spicks!\" I'm worried about what he might do with my personal information since they are obviously so terribly unprofessional.

I had reservations about visiting this dealership after reading all of the negative reviews. I have to say my experience has been nothing but pleasant. Staff was very welcoming. DJ was patient and the cars are great and priced reasonably.

These people are nothing but sm. They sold me a car that they said had a clean title. Shortly after I bought the vehicle I found out that the car had been totaled. I specifically asked Paul if it had ever been wrecked at all and he looked me straight in the eyes and lied to me and my mother. I filed with the courts about this and got a court date set. While in court the guy representing this place came up with two documents that I have never seen before saying the car had a salvaged title. The judge had to accept it considering it was a piece of paper against my word. I never signed anything that said it was a salvaged title. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUNISHED. They are scammers and pieces of sm.

I showed up to the place in hopes to look at a car I saw online. After waiting around for nearly 30 minutes without anyone helping me, I was finally placed on a list for the next representative. I then waited in their waiting area for another 30 minutes until someone came out to help me. We went to his office and stated they required for an application to be filled out before I can even view the car! This place is a joke. All I wanted to do was check out the car to make sure it was something I even wanted to apply for/buy in the first place! Sales rep would not go any further unless I gave him my social. They wasted my time. I would not recommend doing anyone going to this place.
